ARTRED Warranty Policy

Valid time: Jan 1s1 2023 to Dec 31s1 2023

The ARTRED Equipment Company maintains a liberal warranty program to insure ultimate customer satisfaction in the event of component failure. This program covers all of ARTRED’s material handling equipment. The intent of this warranty manual is to set forth policy, procedures and limits of the program, and to expedite the proper handling of warranty claims. Your attention to the details of the program will assure resolution of warranty claims with a minimum expenditure of time and effort.

GENERAL WARRANTY POLICY FOR DEALER VERY IMPROTANT.

  1. To guarantee ARTRED’s warranty policy and provide better service to end user, all ARTRED authorized dealers are request to purchase initial stock parts according to ARTRED suggest parts list or at ARTRED’s description. The minimal annual spare parts purchase will be of annual equipment purchase value. For the dealers conform to the minimum spare parts stock requiements for existing models and any newly launching model, ARTRED will be responsible for parts air freight if dealers urgently need parts.
  2. ARTRED will give credit to dealer for those stock parts used for warranty, with complete service paper work request to be return to ARTRED will no longer offer free parts (and shipment) while all parts are recommend to be purchased from ARTRED.
  3. For Dealers who’s parts stock level is less than expected, ARTRED will follow up with market survey to investigate dealers’ after market performance, since providing full service to end user is one of the obligation of ARTRED dealer.

Principales:

ARTRED Equipment only provides warranty for equipment failure caused by original quality problem, and only extend to the original purchaser.
Any warranty policy from ARTRED is not available for but not limited to any of the following:

  1. Equipment modified or design changed or parts replaced not approved by ARTRED
  2. Equipment being used in improper environment, such as cold storage area (except those with cold storage protection), overheating area, dusty area, moisture area, etc.
  3. Equipment damaged by improper storage / using or accident.
  4. Equipment not be provided by proper maintenance.
  5. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, freight damage, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper repair, or maintenance of the machines. Please refer to the Operator Manual for proper machine operation and maintenance instructions.
  6. Failure to follow operation manual instruction.
  7. Painting scratch and other damages caused by shipping is not included in warranty policy, should declare to insurance company as soon as container unload, with enough evidence.

Warranty time start: Start from the day firstly shipped from ARTRED Factories.

Warranty due to shipment:

If it is found that the shipment has been damaged in transit, please do not return it to US, but notify and file a claim with the carrier and take necessary picture evidence, to reserve the right claim to insurance company at once. Failure to follow this procedure will result in refusal by the carrier to honor any claims with a consequent loss to the consumer.

Warranty parts return:

ARTRED fournit une garantie pour les pièces défectueuses causées par un problème de fabrication et disponible uniquement pour l’acheteur initial.
Toute politique de garantie d’ARTRED n’est pas disponible pour, mais sans s’y limiter, l’un des éléments suivants :

  1. Please do not send defective parts back to ARTRED unless you be requested to do.
  2. Certain defective parts must be returned as precondition of getting credit, such as electric controllers which should not be opened before return back, electric motor, charger, electric instrument etc. In either case not returning or being opened, ARTRED will not issue warranty credit.
  3. Warranty credit will not be issued to dealers if request defective parts not be sent back to ARTRED within 30days of the application date.
  4. You will not receive credit if the defective parts to be determined damaging by improper operation.
  5. All transportation or shipping charges resulting from the return of parts, or accessories shall be the full responsibility of the servicing dealer.

Changes and improvement:

ARTRED is constantly striving to improve its products. Changes in design and improvement will be made whenever the efficiency of its products is improved thereby, but without incurring any obligation to incorporate such improvement in any products which have been shipped or are in service.

ARTRED reserves the right to change its warranty policy without notice.

FIVE (5) YEARS warranty on all polyethylene rotationally molded tanks to be free from all cracks and/or corrosion. Replacement tanks are subject to model year and availability.

Electrical components

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on electrical components under normal use and adequate storage methods.

Battery

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment battery under normal use and care following the recommended charging procedures.

Charger

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment charger under normal use and adequate storage methods.

Fan and Brush Motors

ONE(1 )YEAR warranty on fan and brush motors under normal use and care.

Wheels and Casters

ONE (1) YEAR warranty on equipment wheels and casters under normal use and care.

ONE (1) YEARS warranty on all equipment parts against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and care.
